Introducing the Cottage Industry Rib Scarf. Knitted from an Angora / Lambswool blend yarn in a local Fitzroy Studio using a computerised Japanese whole garment machine to minimise wastage. The scarf is batch dyed in extremely small runs. This scarf is soft and warm and will feel like a warm hug on a cold winters' day.
The yarn is spun by Woolyarns NZ, who have spun this yarn for 15 years. The Angora used in this yarn is harvested by brushing or combing only as the rabbits are self-shedding.
Please note that gentle pilling and wear may occur over time, as is natural with angora and lambswool fibres. We see this as part of the character and charm of the piece.
