Store Manager
We are looking for a part-time Store Manager (4 days per week, including some weekends) to lead our City Store. This role is pivotal in ensuring our stores reflect the Kuwaii values and deliver an exceptional, meaningful experience for every customer.You’ll often work solo, so self-motivation, reliability, and problem-solving are key. Over time, there is room to grow into a more expansive role, with opportunities to learn about and contribute to other areas of the business.

Store Operations

Maintain a welcoming, organised and aesthetically aligned store environment.

Oversee day-to-day store management including opening/closing procedures.

Use digital tools confidently: Trello (task management), Deputy (rostering), Slack (team comms), Lightspeed & Shopify (POS).

Sales & Performance

Drive sales with a proactive, customer-first approach.

Track performance and contribute ideas to meet targets.

Visual Merchandising
-
Ensure in-store presentation reflects the Kuwaii aesthetic.

Support seasonal floor moves and window displays.

Inventory & Product Care
-
Manage stock, including receiving, organising, and monitoring inventory.

Maintain product knowledge across ranges and communicate this to customers.

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous retail management or leadership experience.

Is highly organised, reliable, and thrives working both independently and as part of a small team.

Has excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.
