Dispatch & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are guides only, based on information from Australia Post.
- Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, it is considered to be in their care.

While we will always help track your parcel or assist with enquiries, Kuwaii cannot accept liability for orders that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
