General Shipping Guidelines

Online orders are sent during business hours between Monday and Fridays. Orders are usually sent 1-2 days after your order is placed, but can take up to 5 days during busy times.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address, order or payment verification.

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Orders are sent via Australia Post standard or express services. 

Kuwaii offers free postage on all exchanges.

We cannot accept liability for items lost in the post. Please ensure your address and delivery details are accurate.

Click and Collect

We offer click & collect on all orders from both of our stores (Brunswick & City). Find the opening hours here. 

Due to a high volume of postal orders, we highly recommend our local customers make use of our click & collect service to avoid wait times on Australia Post.

Shipping During Sale Periods

Please note that due to the number of orders we receive during sale periods, your order may take up to an additional 5 business days to be processed. Please purchase express post if your order is urgent. 

Shipping: Domestic Orders

Kuwaii uses Australia Post e-Parcel service for domestic delivery, and offer free shipping on all orders over $200.

• Express postage is available for an additional $15
• Archive Sale Items have a flat rate of $15 for postage

Shipping: New Zealand Orders

Kuwaii uses Australia Post Air Mail Track and Pack service for New Zealand delivery. There is a $20 AUD flat rate for New Zealand orders. If insurance is required, please contact us directly for a quote and note that extra charges will apply. The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the parcel.

Shipping: International Orders

Kuwaii uses Australia Post Air Mail Track and Pack service for international delivery. There is a $35 AUD flat rate for international orders under $350, orders over $350 get free shipping. If insurance is required, please contact us directly for a quote and note that extra charges will apply. The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international parcel.

Shipping costs do not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. You as the customer are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes and duties for your order. In compliance with Australian export regulations, we must declare the exact value of your order and mark them dutiable as "merchandise". The law prohibits us from marking any order as a "gift" even if you are placing an order with the intention of sending a gift to a recipient. Please check with your country's customs service for further information and details.

Tracking Your Order

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, outlining the details of your order. This message will include a tracking number with information on how to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.
