General Shipping Guidelines
Online orders are packed and sent during our business hours, Monday to Friday. Most orders leave our studio within 1–2 business days, though during especially busy times it may take us up to 5 days to prepare your parcel with care.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Your order will be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.
Please note that all cut-off times are a guide only and don’t take into account any delays caused by address errors or payment verification. To help everything run smoothly, we kindly recommend double-checking that your billing and shipping details are correct at checkout.
All prices on our website include Australian GST.
We ship using Australia Post Parcel Post, Express or International Standard services.
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it is in their care. While we do our very best to support you where we can, Kuwaii isn’t able to accept liability for parcels that become lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit. For this reason, accurate delivery information is vital.
Christmas 2025
The festive season is in full swing, and with Black Friday and Christmas orders, Australia Post is experiencing delays.
Please be patient with the system and allow a little extra time for your order to arrive, orders may move more slowly than usual at this time of year.
If you need your parcel sooner, we gently recommend choosing Express Post or opting for Click & Collect to ensure it reaches you on time.

Click & Collect is available from both our Brunswick and City stores.

During peak times, we highly recommend Click & Collect for local customers to avoid postage delays.
Shipping During Sale Periods
Due to the high volume of orders received during sale or promotional periods, dispatch may take up to an additional 5 business days.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Express Post or Click & Collect at checkout.
Shipping: Domestic Orders
Kuwaii ships all domestic orders via Australia Post eParcel.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.

If you’d like to include insurance with your international shipment, simply reach out to us and we’ll organise a quote for you (extra charges may apply).
Kindly note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and aren’t included in our shipping costs. Australian export laws also require us to declare the full value of your order and label all parcels as merchandise, we aren’t able to mark packages as “gifts.”
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions for tracking your parcel via the Australia Post website.
