The Shell Tee is a quintessential Kuwaii staple—an essential foundation for any capsule wardrobe thanks to its timeless style, understated simplicity, and versatile design. With a flattering silhouette that works beautifully layered or worn alone, the Shell Tee has been a defining piece of our ‘Classics’ range and remains one of our most beloved styles since its introduction in 2011. Crafted from a lightweight tencel linen fabrication expertly cut on the bias, it offers both comfort and refined elegance.

Sizing Information

Our beloved Shell Tee is the perfect fitting simple tee shape. This piece is a more boxy silhouette, however it is designed to be worn in your usual size, and fit freely over the bust and waist. The fit of this beautiful piece has been tried and tested from our loyal customers since 2011.

  • Size up for extra length or for more room at the armhole.

Model Dimensions

Our model Jaida is 175cm tall and is a size 8 in tops and an 8 in bottoms in the Kuwaii size chart. Jaida wears a 8 in this style. Her measurements are:

  • Bust 84cm
  • Waist 63cm
  • Hips 95cm

70% Tencel 30% Linen

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Hand wash in cold water. Reshape carefully & dry flat in shade without delay. Do not bleach, tumble dry, soak or rub. Cool iron. Dry clean at trusted, environmentally friendly dry cleaner.

Wild elegance

The Shell Tee is one of my favourite classic Kuwaii designs. It is elegant and can be formal or casual, and I have it in several colours and fabrics. This Leopard print is my favourite yet. The organic cotton fabric holds the folds of the tee firmly so it feels like you are wearing a sculpture or artwork. Mainly I like that it unapologetically makes a bold statement in classic style. 🐆
