Traceable Hemp Seed to Garment

10 October 2024

We’re excited to bring you a new edit of pieces created with traceable hemp fabrication. Our textile partners work with local farmers to grow hemp in the black soil at 46°-49° north Latitude in Heilongjiang China.

The raw materials are then processed in their Oeko-Tex certified mill, that they have a long standing 30 year relationship with. Our supplier has a track record for delivering high quality linen fabrics to renowned fashion brands around the world.

The fabric used in these Kuwaii pieces was milled in Heilongjiang Kingdom Co., Ltd. and the seeds were grown in Henggang Village, Baibu Town, Haiyan County, Zhejiang Province, China.

What Does Traceable Hemp Mean?

We’re proud to share that our new hemp fabric has a completely transparent supply chain from seed to garment. This means every shipment of fabric we receive has an ID code which records the origin of the raw materials and traces the linen/hemp fibre through the supply chain.

Hemp sourced from this factory uses no pesticides or herbicides to grow and it is processed in an Oeko-Tex certified mill.
