Description

Developed and designed by Kuwaii founder Kristy, our original classic pant was launched in Winter 2013. It became the "Classic Tailored Pant" in 2015 when it found its perfect match in the incredible cotton blend 4-way stretch fabric. This style was an instant hit and later became the cult classic we know it as today. 

  • High waistband that skims the hips.
  • Angled pockets with structural details.
  • Curved waistband perfect for tucking in tops.
  • Leg shape designed to skim the leg and finish above the ankle bone.
  • Sizes 22 & 24 have an elasticated back waistband.

Ethically Made in Melbourne.

Sizing Information

  • We recommend taking your regular size, or sizing down if you are between sizes.
  • The 5% stretch in the fabric creates an accommodating fit.
  • This style has a tapered silhouette and hits the ankle point.

Our model Mahishee is 179cm or 5' 10¼ tall and is a size 6 in tops and an 6 in bottoms in the Kuwaii size chart. Mahishee wears a 6 in this style.

Our model Jaida is 175cm tall and is a size 8 in tops and an 8 in bottoms in the Kuwaii size chart. Jaida wears a 8 in this style. Her measurements are:

  • Bust 84cm
  • Waist 63cm
  • Hips 95cm

Our model Alejandra is 172cm tall and is a size 12 in tops and size 12 in bottoms in the Kuwaii size chart. Alejandra wears a 12 in this style. Her measurements are:

  • Bust 100cm
  • Waist 78cm
  • Hips 106cm

Our model Terri is 177cm or 5’9.5″ tall and is a size 14 in tops and 16 in bottoms in the Kuwaii size chart.

Our model Channing is 179cm tall and is a size 16 in tops and an 16 in bottoms in the Kuwaii size chart. Channing wears a 16 in this style. Her measurements are:

  • Bust 92.5cm

Our model Mikaela is 177cm tall or 5’8” and is a Kuwaii size 20-22. Mikaela wears an 22 in this style. Her measurements are:

  • Bust 118cm
  • Waist 99m
  • Hips 141cm.

Fabric & Care

60% Cotton, 35% Rayon, 5% Spandex

Care Instructions:

  • Gentle hand wash in cold water using minimal detergent.
  • Do not machine wash.
  • Do not bleach, tumble dry, wring, spin or soak.
  • Roll in towel to absorb excess water, reshape & dry flat without delay. Cool iron.
  • This garment can be dry cleaned at a trusted, environmentally friendly dry cleaner

Some extra tips:

  • After each wear, air them out and steam if they need a freshen up 
  • Spot clean and steam when needed. Hand wash when they really need it. Depending on your lifestyle you might be able to get 10 or so wears out of them before washing
  • These pants can also be occasionally dry cleaned using a reputable eco-conscious dry cleaner once a season

You won’t be sorry

These truly are the most comfortable pants I’ve ever owned. They sit beautifully, fabric is soft and of quality. The band is a perfect size and the button adds this classic touch. I feel good in them.

People keep asking me where I got them from, and I have no hesitation in recommending they buy a pair. I’m now looking to buy another colour.

These pants are the holy grail for me. Fantastic fit, great fabric and finished so beautifully. Yes they were not cheap, but the details and fit make me feel a million dollars when I wear them. They’ll be a repeat purchase for sure.
