Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept your beloved Kuwaii garments into our Lifelong Repairs Program from now until further notice.

Our team, while small, is incredibly passionate and driven. We have currently repaired over 500 garments as part of our repair program, a fact that we are incredibly proud of! But, right now, we have to hit the pause button on this program as we adapt to a transformative moment in our office.
For those of you with garments aged 6 months or older in need of some love, we recommend reaching out to My Perfect Fit, a local repair gem in Brunswick.

If you have a Kuwaii garment less than 6 months old, this will be covered under our warranty repair program. We will happily accept these repairs at any Kuwaii store, please just be mindful that we have a 4 - 6 week turn around for all repairs. Thank you for your understanding and support during this period of change. Stay tuned to our Instagram early in the new year when we plan to hopefully resume this program.

Kuwaii Secondhand pieces are not covered by our warranty repair program, but we are happy to repair them through our Lifetime Repair Program.

For more information, you can email contact@kuwaii.com.au or speak to our staff in any store.
