Exchanges and Returns

    • — We do not issue cash refunds for change of mind, but are happy to provide an exchange or store credit
    • — Proof of purchase is required to allow exchanges
    • — Items can be exchanged if the item is returned in 7 days from original sale, in unworn, original, unwashed condition, with all original receipts, packaging and tags intact
    • — Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed in any Kuwaii store
    • — Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed in any Kuwaii store
  • — Exchange may be made on sale items but strictly within 7 days of original purchase in unworn condition
  • — No credit notes provided on returns for sale stock: exchange only
  • — Samples & 50% off sale items are considered FINAL SALE – no returns, exchanges or credit notes allowed
  • — In the case of faulty goods, we reserve the right to repair or replace the faulty item rather than refunding

Layby Terms & Conditions:

  • — Full priced stock – 6 week layby / 30% deposit required / no refunds
  • — Discounted stock – 3 week layby / 50% deposit required / no refunds
  • — Item can be swapped if within 7 days of first deposit
  • — Completed laybys cannot be exchanged or credit notes issued, unless within 7 days of first deposit
  • — If item is not collected by due date stipulated, the original deposit becomes the termination fee and will not be refunded
  • — All other amounts paid on the layby can be refunded

Pre-order Terms & Conditions:

  • — 50% deposit required / no refunds
  • — Item must be picked up within 7 days of arriving into store
  • — Item can be swapped if within 7 days of order arriving into store
  • — If item is not collected by due date stipulated, the original deposit becomes the termination fee and will not be refunded

Custom orders are considered final. No returns, exchanges or credits
