Online orders are sent during business hours between Monday and Fridays.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed before 2pm will be processed and sent that day.
Orders place after 2pm will be processed and sent the next business day.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address, order or payment verification.

Click and Collect
During these times of crisis we’re trying to make shopping with us as easy as we possibly can! We’d love to offer you our new Click and Collect service for online orders. Orders will be processed from our Head Office in Brunswick, and you’ll be phoned when it’s ready for pick up. Feel free to call us when you’ve arrived out the front, and our team can run your order out to you. Thanks in advance for your ongoing support, our customers are THE BEST!
– Please wait for our confirmation before collecting your order. We endeavour to process your order within 3 hours of receiving it, but it may take up to 24 hours in busy times.
– If your click and collect order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be confirmed the next business day.
– Orders can be collected from 89 Holmes Street, Brunswick, between 10am – 4pm every week day.
– Please call (03) 9384 2528 when you arrive so our team can run the order out to you.
– If your piece needs to be transferred from a store, we will let you know or offer you shipping instead.
– Our usual return and exchange policies apply, and you can feel free to bring the piece directly back to us if you need an exchange or refund.

Kuwaii uses Australia Post e-Parcel service for domestic delivery, and offers free shipping on all domestic orders.
– Express postage is available for an additional $5
– Signature on delivery is available for an additional $3

Kuwaii uses Australia Post Air Mail Track and Pack service for New Zealand delivery. There is a $20 AUD flat rate for New Zealand orders. If insurance is required, please contact us directly for a quote and note that extra charges will apply. The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the parcel.
