Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
At Kuwaii we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent fit, and so we are happy to exchange or refund full priced goods (Perfumes must be returned in sealed condition) which are received back to us in our Brunswick head office strictly within 10 days of delivery. Any returns that arrive back to us over the 10 day period will not be accepted.
Please notify Kuwaii at firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to return/exchange or refund items strictly within 24 hours of delivery. You will be allocated a RA (return authorisation) number which must be included with your returned item, written on the original paperwork
Returned items must be sent via Express Post to the following address. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post:

All returned goods must be returned:
— Within 10 days of delivery date
— In original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed
— With all original tags and packaging must be in place and in good condition (including shoe boxes)
— With the original receipts
— With a RA number
— By Express Post
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
Returns may only be made via kuwaii.com.au and not at any Kuwaii stores. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
Refunds may take up to 7 days after the order is returned to our head office. You will be emailed once the refund is processed.
Returns on Sale Items
Please note that no refunds or credit notes will be offered on sale items, however we will happily exchange these items, as long as they follow the above procedures and are returned within 10 days.
“Final Chance” end of season sale items (items sold at a discount of 50% or above) are final sales, and no returns, credit or exchanges are available.
We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery & pride ourselves on excellent quality garments. However in the unlikely case your item is faulty, Kuwaii will replace the item for you, or if in the case that this is not possible, you can choose another item. If there’s no suitable replacement item we can offer you a refund. You will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
Returns on Special Orders and Custom Orders
All special orders and items made to order are final and no credit notes, refunds or exchanges will be issued. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
Returns on Pre-Orders
All pre-ordered items are available for exchange or credit note, strictly within 7 days of your pre-ordered item arriving.
Please note that any orders placed that include a pre-order style will not be posted out until all pieces are ready for postage, unless otherwise specified by you.
Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date, there is a possibility the size or colour you have ordered may recently be out of stock, as our web-store shares stock with our bricks and mortar stores. In this unlikely event, we will do our best to find you a replacement or else refund you.

We design with forever in mind. Our pieces are beautiful and timeless, made to last with the wearer and to be loved through their lifetime. Nothing makes us happier than seeing Kuwaii pieces passed on from one friend or family member to another, taking with it years of memories and life. Please note that footwear repairs may take up to 6 weeks, and clothing repairs may take up to 3 weeks. All items are assessed by our productions team prior to an exchange, repair or refund being issued.
Some repairs may incur a cost, in which case you will be given a quote before any repair is processed.
If you are bringing garments into store for repair or assessment please have it washed beforehand. Our washing instructions can be found here
Any unwashed garments will incur a small dry cleaning fee.
