Postage via Australia Post
Australia Post is still delivering during the pandemic, however they have had to adjust their practices and delivery timelines to meet their own safety standards and reduced domestic flights, and because of this they are experiencing delivery delays across their network.
Australia Post is advising that any deliveries within Victoria will now experience up to a three day delay, in addition to the regular postage timeframe.
We thank you for your patience for the arrival of your order in the post — it may take up to one additional week than usual.
Australia Post have added in a new customer notification to keep you updated with your order, so once your order has been picked up by them from our Head Office, you will receive an update saying “We’ve got your delivery details”. This is now the first notification sent to all customers.
They have also updated the “It’s on its way” notification to include information about delivery delays and refer customers to find out more detail on our website.
Please note that Express Postage is still available on our website, however parcels may not be delivered the next business day every time.
