Entry online and order/collection in-store VIC only. Not in conjunction with any other offer. KUWAII VIP, sale or discounts do not apply. Terms of offer at promoter’s discretion.

Competition Period
— Begins at 6 pm (AEST) on 24th May 2018.

— Entries into the competition close at 1 pm (AEST) on 31st May 2018.

Entry Method
All valid entries received will be placed into a prize draw. To go into the draw, winners chosen must provide proof of tag on instagram post and evidence of both tagged parties with post ‘like’ and following KUWAII Instagram.

Prize Details
— 1 x Pair of Custom KUWAII Shoes – Tagger/Entrant – RRP up to $495
— 1 x Pair of Custom KUWAII Shoes – Tagged Friend – RRP up to $495

Notification of Winners
— Winners will be notified via email at 6pm (AEST) 31st May 2018.
— Winners will then have 10 days from this notification date to place an order of Custom KUWAII Shoes (orders close strictly at 4pm on 10 June 2018)

Entry Terms
— Entry is open only to residents of Australia who comply with the Entry Requirements. Staff (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees and other staff) of KUWAII are ineligible to enter.
— Winners must place their order in-store during the 31st May – 10th June 2018.
— Winners cannot place an order by phone or online.
— Winners can choose to customise a Cicada or Darby style shoe
— The competition will be conducted during the Competition Period.
— To enter the competition, entrants must follow the Entry Method during the Competition Period.
— Entries must be received and validated by the Promoter during the Competition Period.
— The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
— The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
