During these times of crisis we’re trying to make shopping with us as easy as we possibly can! We’d love to offer you our new Click and Collect service for online orders. Orders will be processed from our studio in Brunswick, and you’ll be phoned after making your order to confirm your order is ready for pick up. Feel free to call us when you’ve arrived out the front, and our team can run your order out to you. Thanks in advance for your ongoing support, our customers are THE BEST!

– Please wait for our store confirmation before collecting your order. We will process your order within 24 hours.
– If your click and collect order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be confirmed the next business day.
– Orders can be collected from our studio in Brunswick after receiving confirmation from our team, between 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday.
– Unfortunately we can’t offer try ons of your purchase in our studio, but if you need to exchange for a size or style, you can do so in any of our three stores.
– If your piece isn’t in stock in our studio, we will let you know or offer you shipping instead.
– Our usual return and exchange policies apply, and you can feel free to bring the piece directly back to our stores if you need an exchange.
– If you require a credit or refund on your collected order, you will need to email online@kuwaii.com.au for a RA number and instructions.
