SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • -Kuwaii National (Australian) orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post service and International orders are sent via Australia Post International Air Mail. These services include tracking but do not include insurance.  As such any items lost in the post cannot be covered by Kuwaii.
  • -If insurance on your order is required, please contact us directly for a quote and note that extra charges will apply.

Australia

  • Orders over $150 shipping is FREE
  • Orders under $150 shipping is $15
  • National orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post service.
  • Delivery to Australian locations is expected to be between 1-5 days

International

  • International orders over $150 shipping is FREE
  • International orders under $150 shipping is $40
  • International orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post International Air Mail
  • Delivery to international locations is expected to be between 5-14 days
  • The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the parcel

Payment

  • -Payment is made securely through our Paypal system OR we can accept payment through bank deposit
  • -We are also able to take payment via credit card over the phone. Just give us a call on 03 9380 5731 and we can securely process your payment.

Returns

  • -We’re happy to offer exchange for another item if the item doesn’t fit or if you change your mind.
  • -We can also offer a credit note, which is valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
  • -Please notify contact@kuwaii.com.au of your intention to return/exchange items within 7 days of delivery. You will be allocated a RA (return authorisation) number which should be included with your returned item.
  • -Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery date.
  • -Returned items must be sent via Express Post to the following address:

  • -Please check and choose carefully though as your postage charges on returns are not refundable, please feel free to email us if any further information on sizing is required, we’re most happy to help.
  • -For us to accept your return the items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and all original tags and packaging must be in place (including shoe boxes), and the package must include the original receipts.
  • -Kuwaii is committed to provide highest quality products to our customers. We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery, however in the unlikely case your item is faulty, Kuwaii will replace the item for you, or if in the case that this is not possible, you can choose another item. If there’s no suitable replacement item we can offer you a refund.
  • -No returns or exchanges for sale items.

Order Confirmation

  • -Please note that our webshop shares stock with our actual store, and so, on very rare occasions we may not be able to fulfil your order.
  • -In this instance we are happy to provide a refund to you.

Web Shop Pre-orders

  • -Yes, we do pre-orders! We highly recommend it, as a lot of the KUWAII designs are limited. Just email contact@kuwaii.com.au

  • -We require a 50% minimum deposit for pre-orders.
  • -All pre-orders need to be paid in full within 7 days of the item being received at Kuwaii.
  • -We do not allow laybys on pre-ordered items once it was has arrived in store. However, you are welcome to pay off the item like a lay-by before it arrives.
  • -Items can be exchanged or a credit note issued if it doesn’t fit when it arrives.
  • -No refunds will be issued for your pre-order deposit.
  • -Placing a pre-order with us indicates approval of the above terms and conditions.

Made-to-order Footwear

  • -We proudly produce all of our footwear in Melbourne, and so, all our footwear can be custom-made too.  If you love a style, colour or detail from a previous season, we will happily make you a special pair! Just email contact@kuwaii.com.au with your enquiry.
  • -Like pre-ordering, with custom footwear orders we require a 50% minimum deposit up front.
  • -As they are being made up especially for you, we cannot offer an exchange, return, refund or credit note for Made-to-Order footwear, so choose wisely and we recommend fitting our shoes in person before you proceed with the order.
  • -All orders must be paid for in full within 7 days of the order arriving into our store.
  • -These shoes are made with love and can take some time to make. Please be patient and allow a 4-6 week leadtime for production.
  • -Placing an order for custom footwear with us indicates approval of the above terms and conditions.
